Description of the project | Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a sort of discretionary and spontaneous behavior could benefit the effectiveness of the organization, which has been proved by many papers. The main research streams mainly focus on the “OCB and its antecedents” and “OCB and its outcomes”. “OCB and its antecedents” is my project, that would be researched in the individual level and organizational level. Although the concept of OCB originated in the United States, more and more papers focus on the OCB in China these years. This is also my current interest. The value of the project is to provide a cross-cultural research of OCB, in order to find the internal relationship of the organizations in different countries, which might also provide the empirical evidence supported the related theories.
